With 3 Brokereages on the Western side of Mobile Bay and 2 on the Eastern shore. Exit is growing here on the Gulf Coast of Alabama. My Broker is the owner of the State of Mississippi. The last state in the Union to sell. He is agressivly working it with 1 franchise sold so far. So yes we are being seen here. Roberts Brothers is a major player having been here for 30 years. But we are gaining market share very quickly.

I am curious... what you think about being able to sell Real Estate and have your own personal production. The also in addition be able to earn an additional 10 percent on top of your personal production. This amount only limited to the max amount of 100,000 dollars annually. How would you like that situation? Any comments about this??
