What do you think about fee based lead generation that solicits the public to find out what their house is worth?

I totally disagree with this approach, because it mis-leads the public to the actual intentions of the company and that is to sell their info.
I dis-like it due to the lack of motivated individuals and the high number of "information seekers".
I like it, after all a soft lead is better than no leads.
I love that sort of lead generation and it is well worth the price.
