Has anybody have experience with internet leads? I was contacted by a mortgage company in California. They sell referrals for $55 dlls per buyer application, the minimum is 10 applications per month, ($550) I am not sure if is worth the risk, or if is just another wasted marketing money.

That is alot, Don't do it. If you are going to try anyone, don't make the mistake I did. I signed up with a company and it's for 6 months, so far, I have nothing good coming in. but it has a great contact mgmt and drip campaign. I only pay 300 a month with a min of 10+ leads.

Have never tried any paid leads. any good ones?  Been thinking about it. not sure, everyone I here says not to go there?
