Hi, Don. Nice to meet you. Morehead City is on the coast maybe 2 hours from Chapel Hill.  I have a client moving here next week from CA. I have met several folks looking to move here from CA. My uncle lives in Santa Barbara.  I will keep you in mind.  The company I work for pays a 25% referral fee so keep me in mind. Thank you!

I am in the process of starting up a referral network. I used to manage a large Century 21 office of which we had worldwide referral networks. Now I am Broker/owner of an independant office looking to branch out. Many Californians relocate to other states, so please keep me in mind if you have any referrals coming this way. I pay 35% but thats because I'm the boss. I used to have relatives in Chapel Hill, but not sure where Moorehead City is located.
