Being in the vacinity can allow me to get to the property quickly in the event of a problem or emergency.

How far are you from Baltimore? I work with several large companies that handle relocations and occassionally run across someone being transfered. Perhaps we can pass along some referrals. I pay 35% for any inbound lead to Southern California.
