I prefer to stay in the Baltimore Metro Area so

limited notice. Being in the vacinity can allow me
to get to the property quickly in the event of a
problem or emergency.

My expertise involves an intimate understanding of
lease/purchasing (rent to own) and how to use this
technique to get the best possible results for
both the buyer and seller. I love altenative sales
techniques that minimize your risk while
maximizing the value and profit. I am establishing
a database of lease purchase buyers in the areas
in which I serve. The database will be an on going
project that will also include buyers who are
ready to purchase out-right. This streamlining
will not only allow me to match potential buyers
with available properties but will also insure
that buyers are not being matched to properties
that they cannot afford.
I have also compiled a database of investors who
are ready to purchase properties in need of
repairs or that require a quick sale.
I have worked for several individuals and families
facing foreclosure and I am very familiar with the
steps and procedures that are necessary to handle
these more complicated transactions.
