ANY idea of how BPO works?? anyone doing in it?

It's a very basic market analysis, done on the companies specific forms.

Some are just drive by's (exterior only) sometimes secretly, and some include interior information. They usually require the agent to take pictures and email them in with the other information. Fortunately most of these companies have web sites to do everything on-line now, we used to have to get pictures rush developed and over-night mail everything in. They were always in a rush.

I haven't done one in a while, but I used make about $75. for a couple hours work which isn't to bad (especially in a slow market).

 I do BPO's all the time they are good for listings and helps the with bank foreclosures.

I do them all the time they are a little time consuming but it is worth the effort
