Hi Everyone... :) I am in the process of giving my first referral through this site, and noticed something that I thought I should mention because I believe it will be the difference between dollars in your pocket ...or not. I noticed that many agents haven't uploaded thier pictures onto thier page. Maybe I think differently, but my reaction is to rule those agents out because I can't "see" them and therefore don't feel like I can connect with them. Dumb maybe... but an agent in Alabama with a picture on thier page is going to make some money from one of my clients and all the others without a picture unfortunately aren't.
