When you referred your buyer to the Portland Agent, did you call him or just send the referral thru the site?

I can imagine how you feel.  I check my site at least at least twice a week.  Besides that if someone responds to a comment or sennds me an e-mail, I am alerted on my regular e-mail.  If you have any referrals for New Jersey, I can guarantee that will never happen.

Thank you for posting this comment. I like to inform you that not all Realtors are the same. there are Realtors who receive leads and ignore them, there are Realtors who don't give enough time for their  clients, I would suggest that you talk to the agent directlly by telephone, let them sign referral fee agreament, then give them the referral. if you don't contact the agent directlya nd sign a referral fee agreement many agents will be neglegtful or they will cheat you on referral's comission.
