Blog Entry: Hello All - I thought I would start a Blog and see if we can get togather and start to market up again. I have been watching property prices in my area steadily decline. So now is the time for us to get our investors together and get them to start buying again. I know I have quite a few listings that are very negotaible. NOW is the time to buy, when prices are low.
